We are a trio of investors who live in King County. We are good friends who have a passion for helping others and believe you can help people out and make a profit at the same time. Of course we interested in real-estate investing (did you guess?) and our secret passion is green real estate - we would like to take the houses we acquire through our business here at ETC Solutions and transform them to be more energy efficient and friendly to live in. We're a pretty educated bunch with good business experience. We spend our Saturdays and Sundays reading about probate and real estate law, how to run our business better, and what a truly eco-effective building might look like! (Ok, we admit it - we also spend some of our Saturdays and Sundays with our friends, eating out, dancing, hiking, and other things totally unrelated to business. We are human beings.)
